Project inquiries are reviewed in confidence by a principal of the firm. Details are shared internally only with people directly involved in evaluating or responding to your inquiry.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use privacy-respecting analytics and advertising measurement tools — including Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, the Meta Pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag — to understand how the site is used, measure the performance of our campaigns, and, where you consent, to show relevant advertising on third-party platforms. These tools may set cookies or read device identifiers.

We also store campaign identifiers (such as UTM parameters, gclid, wbraid, gbraid, fbclid, and li_fat_id) and referral information in first-party browser storage for up to 90 days. These values are attached to any inquiry you choose to submit so we can understand which campaigns introduced you to Sterling & Stone. They are never shared publicly and are not sold.

We honor Google Consent Mode v2. Advertising cookies, remarketing, and personalized measurement remain disabled until you accept. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Lead submissions

When you submit an inquiry, we generate a unique lead identifier and combine your submission with the campaign attribution described above. This information is used only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and to reconcile conversions with the advertising platforms that referred you. Message content, uploaded plans, and full contact details are never sent to analytics or advertising platforms.

Data retention

Inquiry information is retained only for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a record of our correspondence. You may request that we delete the information you provided at any time.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you provided through this website by contacting us through the inquiry form. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
