Site Evaluation

A discreet visit to the property to review existing conditions, structural opportunity, and the practical realities of building on the site or within the home.

Stage

Scope & Budget Alignment

We translate the brief into a defined scope, preliminary budget range, and program — agreed in writing before further commitment.

Stage

Architect & Design Coordination

We work closely with the chosen architect and design team — or introduce trusted collaborators — to refine drawings, specifications, and constructability.

Stage

Construction

Construction is led on site by senior project staff under principal oversight, with disciplined schedule, quality, and cost control. The client receives clear, regular reporting.

Stage

Closeout & Handover

A careful closeout: punch-listing held to a high tolerance, full project documentation handed over, and continued availability as the residence settles into use.
